I'm a Herbalife Distributor based in New Zealand (feel free to check out my webiste - www.healthyweightlossnz.com) and I wasn't sure really where to start, so what I am doing is just giving you a general run down on some of the products available and what they do etc. I'm just a "learner" at blogging so bear with me please.
Like anything these days, you pay for what you get, yes Herbalife products are a tad on the expensive side, however they are all natural products, give fabulous results and are easily used.
To start here is a general overview of some of our major product lines : -
Herbalife has been around for 28 years, developed by a gentleman by the name of Mark Hughes, who at aged 18, watched his mother die of an accidental overdose of diet pills (she was aged 36). Currently sold in 65 countries, has 40 million satisfied customers with an annual turnover of $US3billion. Herbalife has it’s own Medical & scientific Advisory board, and is also listed on the New York stock exchange.
Herbalife has a great range of weight loss programs designed to help anybody and everybody with a safe weight loss program, it is not designed to be a "quick fix" and to lose weight fast, but to do it safely and gradually with a follow up maintenance program once you have reach your goal weight and keep it off. There is also a great range of "inner" as well as "outer" nutrition to make us all healthy both inside and outside.
Cellular Nutrition Programme’s – absorbs at cellular level for optimum consumption, increased absorption and cellular assimilation (breaking down the fat cells). Protein increases satisfaction and promotes muscle mass, muscle burns fat 24 hours a day! Each kg of muscle mass burns 30 calories a day.
Formula One (F1) - contains high quality soy protein that helps you to feel full & satisfied. Also rich in vitamins and contains aminogen that helps to break down food protein for enhanced absorption by the body.
F2 – Multivitamin - Good for those who look and feel tired, get sick easily or have difficulty maintaining your ideal weight. Good for overall well-being and maintaining levels of vitamins and minerals. (Flyer attached).
F4 – provides unsaturated fatty acids which are necessary for an optimal lipid(energy storage) supply, particularly during a reduced-fat diet. Great for skin elasticity and dry skin also.
F5 – Taken with an adequate daily intake of water, this product can help the body regain its natural water balance & help with the elimination process of wastes. Provides a source of iron which can assist in maintaining normal blood levels and act as a blood tonic. Contains absorbed acid (vit c) and has antioxidant activity. Fabulous in assisting with Cellulite appearance reduction. Also very good for those that fly frequently to help in reducing swelling.
Chitosan Fibre Complex – this is a dietary fibre blended with Fenugreek to assist with the maintenance of regularity, and suppression of appetite as part of kj calorie controlled eating plan. Contains LipoSan Ultra which is a patented form of Chitosan what becomes soluble in your stomach acid & works faster, which means you can take this product immediately before you eat – not an hour before hand. Chitosan is a fat blocker and great help to those suffering from high Cholesterol.

Protein Bars – available in 3 flavours. 10gm protein in each bar and low in fat. Helps fill you up, healthy snack for the kids.
Roast Soy Nuts – 11 gms of protein in each packets, 110 calories ( = 3 cashews!)
Lift Off – Effervescent powdered drink, gives your body and mind a lift whenever you feel like your engine is running on empty. 10 calories per serving only. Two flavours available Lemon-Lime Blast and Ignite-Me Orange. Contains Guarana, caffeine and Taurine.
Herbal Aloe Juice – combines the goodness of aloe with citrus twist for a healthy digestive system. Supports internal cleansing & digestive health. (like an antacid and good for reflux, heartburn- similar to the antacid called Mylanta) Available in 2 sizes plus a concentrate.
